Pets:
Dogs are welcome under the condition that you must clean up after your pets to avoid extra cleaning charges. This includes picking up poo in yard and removal of any hair in house.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds please.
The backyard is fully fenced.

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We do not accept schoolies bookings at this property.

Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.

Located on a quiet street only a five minute drive to shops, beach, cafes and restaurants. It is also one street back from the Rosebud RSL.

Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.
