Dogs are not allowed on beds, furniture or carpet.
Must clean up after pets to avoid extra charges 
Dogs must be kept on leash when outside the property.
Dogs cannot be left alone on balcony.

There are security cameras at the property. One in the 8 car garage and 1 door bell camera outside the front door and driveway area.

This property is suitable for families, couples, large groups, bridal and wedding groups.
We do not accept schoolies bookings
The base price is 2 guests and the price increases by $40 per person per nights booked after that plus Airbnb fees.

Standard check-in: 3pm
Standard check-out: 10am
$1500 bond required for all bookings
No parties are permitted and the number of guest who book must be the numbers at the property. 
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
