Bedroom 3 / Second living area: Double bed, wardrobe. leather couch, Smart TV, bar fridge and reading chair (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: Fold out day bed that converts into double bed*, ceiling fan, heater, wardrobe and direct access to main bathroom(Sleeps 2)
*Please request double bed in booking if needed for bedroom 4, otherwise it will be kept as a single daybed for your arrival.

Pricing:
The base price is for 4 guests and the price increases by $40 per person per night for every guest after.

Linen and towels are supplied for your stay, you will only need to BYO beach towels

Children:
A Cot and high chair are at the house for your stay.
If you need additional portacots and highchairs they can be ordered and booked via the guest portal. 

Pets:
We welcome trained dogs by application, please message us to confirm

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
This property does not accept Schoolies Groups - Please ask us about other properties we manage that welcome Schoolies

House Rules:
No Parties allowed
No smoking inside the house
No loud music anytime
Neighbours must be respected at all times
No noise after 11pm weekends and 9pm weeknights

Bookings:
Accommodation check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am, early check-in or late check-out can be booked via the guest portal pending availability.

Inclusions:
All linen and towels supplied If you stay for more than two weeks a complimentary two week clean is provided if requested.

The house is located in a quiet court in the Mount Martha area.

Walk to Birdrock beach or a short drive to Mornington Main Street and other local attractions. 
Main Street Mornington has cafes, shops, restaurants and bars.

You could also travel down to the Mornington Peninsula for wineries and more activities as all only a short drive away.
