Stairs and access to the property
Please note this property offers amazing views so the house is located on the top of a hill.
The driveway is steep to walk up and there is lots of stairs to climb to get into the property. 
The front deck is also high off the ground.
We DO NOT recommend this property for older guests, young children or to anyone that may have trouble climbing stairs.
Children must be accompanied on the deck at all times.

This property is suitable for families, couples and groups.

Bond:
If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $400.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000.
Schoolies have a higher bond 

Schoolies:
We do accept schoolies bookings though a higher bond is charged.

Bookings:
Check-in time is from 3:00pm
Check-out time is by 10:00am
Early check-in and late check-out can be booked and paid for if available via the guest portal.

Guest numbers:
The price of the booking will increase pending the size of your group
Price is set for 2 people and increased by $40 per person per night to make a group of up to 12.

Located in central Rye on a hilly street. Located a short walk to the famous Hidden Kitchen cafe.

5 min drive to Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Pools and Spa and Rye beach.
