There are 3 large bedrooms, all with high ornate ceilings and original timber floors, each with a comfy Queen bed fitted with hotel-style linen.
There is a futon and an air mattress that can be set up as well (on request for an additional fee). However, please note, that this property sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

The kitchen has been superbly renovated in a modern, funky, farmhouse feel - with quality appliances and cookware. The open plan living & dining area is the heart of the home and is a great space to create special memories. There is a separate area with a TV (Netflix included) which can be closed off from the main living area. WiFi is also included.

All three bedrooms and the living & dining area have reverse cycle split system units for your comfort. Keep cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

Two cars can easily park in the driveway and other cars can be parked on the street.

This setup is ideal for 3 couples, a small group of friends, and families - all looking to share a special WA getaway. It is also perfect for local families renovating or relocating.

If you are travelling with kids, there is a port-a-cot and high chair in the apartment for your convenience.

We do consider some pets on this property, approval and an additional pet fee of $25 per day required.

Old Fashioned Leafy Suburb minutes from the CBD. Step out from behind the white picket fence and take a short stroll to Beaufort Street, which is a popular shopping and eating strip, especially in Inglewood and Mount Lawley, and is one of the most heavily patronized bus corridors in Perth. The Astor Cinema is also in Beaufort. We promise that you will be absolutely spoilt in this location!
