Linen and towels:
Linen and towels are supplied for your stay, you will only need to BYO beach towels  

Children: 
A cot and high chair are available at the house by request if needed during your stay. 
Please request at booking and BYO linen for infant.

Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property. 
You must clean up any hair or droppings form your dog to avoid $50 cleaning fee.

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.

Neighbours must be respected at all times 
No noise after 11pm weekends and 9pm weeknights 

Bookings: 
Accommodation check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am, this is negotiable pending other bookings

This property is located in a quiet family area of Lakewood in Frankston.
Walk to local parks and playgrounds or stroll to the lovely Round About Cafe and visit the ducks at the Lakewood pond. 
 
Frankston is located on the Peninsula Link freeway so you would have easy access to the whole Mornington Peninsula. 

The Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, family activities and local markets. 

There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.
