This flows through the galley kitchen with microwave, double sink, dishwasher and coffee machine, into the second light and bright lounge, also with a smart TV. The gorgeous arched windows look out into the courtyard, with some seating, a BBQ and a basketball hoop. The garage is up some steps at the rear. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and dryer downstairs on the ground floor.

On the middle floor are two bedrooms both with queen beds. The master bedroom faces the back of the terrace and light streams through the full width windows and the French doors that open to the Juliet balcony. New electric roller blinds and wrought iron railings complete the picture and there’s plenty of wardrobe space and a TV for your convenience.

The second bedroom faces the front of the street. It also has a Queen bed, Juliet balcony with basket hanging chair, and plenty of wardrobe space. Both are nicely decorated and all linen is provided. The separate study space in the hallway of the second floor offers a great spot to do some work should you need to.

On the top level is an attic style bedroom with a double bed, exposed brick walls, a sky light and a period style iron baby cot. Please note the A/C is not in working order.

While this property is listed as 'pet friendly' we do still require you to notify us if you would like to bring your pet and let us know what type of pet/breed it is.
