This home is simple in layout, with entry at the side of the house into the open plan living which backs onto the garden looking out to bush at the back. A plush leather sofa and two armchairs will be just the ticket for relaxing in after a day at the beach, and a smart TV is provided for your entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped with a freestanding oven, microwave and coffee machine included and there is a dining table and chairs off the kitchen, with a reverse cycle air-conditioner and overhead fan. However you’re bound to take advantage of the outdoor setting with so much nature on your doorstep. Cook up a BBQ and enjoy the firepit in the evening.

The bedrooms are comfortable, with Queen beds in two and the third having a bunk bed and a trundle, ideal for the kids. The family bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower, vanity and toilet. All linen is provided for your convenience.

Parking and WiFi complete the picture.

Location is this property’s forté. Callala is a terrific beach holiday destination, unspoiled, quiet and serene, in the beautiful Jervis Bay. Carla’s holiday house is in the perfect spot, with the bush at the back of the garden and both the beach and local tennis courts just 400 metres away. It’s the best of both worlds! Callala Beach is known for its brilliant white sand and stunning blue water.

Apart from the endless appeal and activities on offer at the beach, enjoy a hit of tennis, a spot of golf or explore the local bush walks. You're also right next to amazing cycle tracks and can easily catch the ferry to Huskisson.

There is a popular pizzeria within a short walk and there are many more options for meals out a little further afield in Callala Bay (including seafood, Chinese and gelato), Culburra or Huskisson. Callala Bay, just 5 minutes’ drive away, also provides a small shopping centre with an IGA and bottle shop.
