This is a house of exceptional quality. From its luxe furnishings and tastefully decorated spaces to the long list of inclusions, it presents a high level of sophistication. It also offers a wonderful indoor-outdoor lifestyle, perfect for this location’s climate.

The house has terrific street appeal, being a relatively new high-end build, and has a double garage and a fully-fenced front garden overlooked by an upstairs balcony.

Enter into a foyer with wide stairs leading up to the left, and one of the King bedrooms to the right with its a semi-ensuite (also accessible from the main living area), a desk and TV. While the wide hallway and living areas have beautiful hardwood floors, the bedrooms are luxuriously carpeted for your comfort.

At the back of the home is the large open plan living area, where you’re bound to spend much of your time. The kitchen is well-equipped, sleek and modern, with stone waterfall-edged benches and stools at the island, perfect for breakfast. Everything you’ll need for an extended stay for a large family is provided, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, integrated microwave and coffee machine. Off the kitchen is a full laundry, with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The kitchen overlooks the dining area and lounge. The dining suite seats at least 8, with one side having a bench seat, and the gorgeous lounge room has 2 comfortable sofas in front of the feature gas fireplace. Tasteful ornaments and artworks provide a designer touch.

Wide sliding glass doors open out to the covered timber deck, which houses another dining suite for 6. Enjoy using this terrific space with its built-in stainless steel outdoor kitchen and beautiful timber ceiling, while the children make use of the lawned area at one end. Cafe lighting strung across it adds warmth and romantic character.

Off the main living area is the theatre room. The owners have made this space a wonderful draw card for families spending time together during a holiday. 6 super-comfy leather seats face the large TV. Make some popcorn and set up a favourite family movie after dinner. This is what memories are made of!

Upstairs there is a gym on the landing, with a running machine, bench and weights, which opens up to the balcony. Enjoy the fresh air while you work off last night’s BBQ!

The master bedroom is expansive and extremely well-presented, with a King bed, comfortable leather chair, free standing full-length mirror and a telescope to watch the stars. There is an enormous walk-in wardrobe and a modern en-suite with a freestanding bath, shower, double vanity and toilet.

There are two additional queen bedrooms upstairs, both with desks and they are serviced by the main bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet.

All linen is provided and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable whatever month you stay. With WiFi included, we can’t think of anything else you’ll need!

Karrinyup is an ideal location, situated within a short drive of both the coastline and the city, with a wealth of amenities nearby.

Karrinyup Shopping Centre, Perth’s leading fashion, dining, lifestyle and entertainment destination, is only 1 kilometre away. Discover over 300 stores including Myer, David Jones, Sephora, Zara, Coco Republic, H&M, Uniqlo, Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Big W, JB Hi-Fi and more. It’s also home to a cinema and a wide variety of eateries.

The property is only 2.5km from Mettam's Pool, a beautiful oasis on the Metro coast. If you feel like a dip in the ocean without the waves, this is the place for you. There may be only room for splashing about amongst the reef, but it’s worth it. There's also a deeper pool where you can safely snorkel. Trigg Beach, just further south, is great for both surfing and swimming, and opposite is a great children’s playground and park.

If you enjoy walking, Trigg nature reserve is situated opposite South Trigg Beach, with its network of walking and cycle tracks. Keep an eye out for local birdlife. There are further coastal walks heading south all the way to Brighton Beach. For golfers there are a number of courses nearby.

Scarborough beach is 3.2 km away further south, and is one of the most popular beaches in Perth, known for great year-round surfing. There are many cafes and restaurants along its front so head there for the day and enjoy all it has to offer.

With Perth CBD a short drive away, offering all that a major city offers in terms of nightlife, amenities and retail outlets, there’s just so much to explore.
