This peaceful home is perfect for a family holiday. The lounge and kitchen area is open plan and looks out to the expansive covered balcony and the garden below. The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 (1 Queen, 1 double, 2 singles) and there is a family bathroom and 2 separate toilets, plus a laundry. An additional granny flat sleeps a further two in a queen bed. With parking and WiFi, you’re all set!

This home certainly is blissful, set in a quiet cul-de-sac, away from the hub of a town, but rest assured, it’s a short drive to beaches, shops and eateries!

Tastefully renovated, with neutral furnishings and plantation shutters, the home is elevated, capturing the light and breezes. Entry is into the combined living/kitchen which is spacious and tiled, perfect for coming home to after a day at the beach. The lounge area with wall-mounted TV is to the right, and has a comfortable sofa and an armchair. There is a split system air-conditioning unit in the lounge and free WiFi is provided. Access to the garage, laundry and toilet is through the lounge. Additional cane seating is set conveniently and socially next to the kitchen, and a breakfast bar and stools add further social space. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Sliding doors open out onto the large covered balcony, furnished with a dining table for 6, which could fit inside should you need it to. There is a good BBQ and a high chair and lovely views out over the expansive garden laid to lawn. There is another access door to the laundry off the deck and steps from the balcony down to the garden. Enjoy a wine and fire up the BBQ while you watch the kids play on the lawn below.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and looks out towards the garden. It has a ceiling fan and built-in robes, as do both the other bedrooms. The second comes with a double bed and the third houses two singles, all nicely furnished and well-presented with a modern, neutral palette.

The family bathroom has a vanity, shower and bathtub and the toilet is separate, next door. All linen is provided. There is also a highchair, bumbo chair and port-a-cot/mattress (no linen) if required.

There is a separate self-contained granny flat which contains a queen bed, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette - perfect for two more guests to stay.

The garage has room for one car and further parking is possible in front of it and on the street. The laundry houses a washing machine and dryer, and the toilet is conveniently a second restroom.

It’s a great house and one you’ll enjoy coming back to after exploring the terrific local area.

Pets - Well trained and house trained dogs only. No cats. All pets must be declared and approved. No restricted or dangerous breeds or animals that bark excessively. A Surcharge of $60 per pet per stay is required to be paid directly. Any undeclared/Unapproved pets will be charged at 3 times the normal rate & we reserve the right to deduct this from your credit card or security deposit.

Boambee East is a quiet suburban neighbourhood located less than a 10 minute drive from the delightful coastal village of Sawtell and its many beaches, as well as Boambee Creek Reserve with its web of nature walks and picnic areas, Coffs Harbour Butterfly House, and Bonville International Golf Resort.

Coffs Harbour is only a 15 min drive away with even more beaches to choose from, the wonderful marina precinct with its multitude of eateries, and many shopping options. Retail outlets more locally include Toormina Gardens shopping centre or the more boutique stores at Sawtell.

There are several attractions perfect for entertaining the family, like Dolphin Marine Conservation Park, The Big Banana, whale watching and multiple other water based activities.

Enjoy a meal out at Sawtell where you’ll find quite a range, from pub food and bistros to fine dining and Asian food.
